ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2019, in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
