In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No.57 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The Police, on secret information, has raided the godown of one Krishna Mahto, from there huge quantity of liquor has been recovered. The name of the petitioner has come as an associate in carrying the business of illicit liquor. There are 13 other criminal cases over the head of this petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74618 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing 6 months' judicial custody.
