The petitioners seek bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C., copy of which, has been enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein she has not taken name of petitioners. She has stated in her statement that she had gone with Jawed and she knows Jawed since 4-5 years. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70973 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Rafiganj P.S.
