2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 (2), 115 (2), 103(1), 85 and 3 (5) of the BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including these petitioners killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of the demand of dowry .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No.1 is negotiator (Aguaa) and petitioner No. 2 is son of petitioner No. 1 of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80556 of 2025(3) dt.09-02-2026 2/2 the deceased and her husband. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is in judicial custody. Petitioners are victims of over implication. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
