====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Gogari P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 308, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with Khanti on his head and snatched Mangal Sutra and Chain from wife of the informant.

Injury report has been enclosed as Annexure-2 which shows that informant has sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt object.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 7.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70943 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
