2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 455 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased has committed suicide which is apparent from the post-mortem report. The post-mortem report does not indicate that the deceased has committed suicide.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not
