The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is woman and she is rotting in judicial custody since 01.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68630 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019.
