Petitioners seek bail in Chousa P.S. Case No.109 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the written report there is specific allegation against co-accused, Deepak Kumar.

It is alleged that sister of the Informant had love affairs with Deepak Kumar, who had taken his sister to his house. It is further alleged that Deepak Kumar along with his family members including these petitioners have assaulted his sister and caused her death by strangulation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72585 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 Petitioners are in custody since 14.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, Mahdepura, in connection with Chousa P.S.
