2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 103(1) and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, on 12.06.2025 at about 6:30 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, armed with various weapons, came and restrained informant and other family members in the house. It is further alleged that co-accused Om Prakash dashed informant's daughter with his tractor, on account of which, she got seriously injured and died during course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation is against co-accused Om Prakash. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is not the assailant of deceased. Petitioner is only alleged to have assaulted other family members of informant. There is case and counter case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73611 of 2025. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.07.2025. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation, claim based on parity, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
