The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barabar Prayatak (Vishunganj) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 307,448, 379, 504 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no allegation assault against these petitioners, allegation of assault is against Indal Chauhan and Krishna Chauhan.
Considering the aforesaid and the facts that similarly circumstanced Suresh Chauhan has been granted anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71245 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 bail in Cr. Misc. No. 65242 of 2018 vide order dated 26.10.2018, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Barabar Prayatak (Visunganj) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
