The petitioner seeks bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and made omnibus and general allegation of assault against the petitioner and others.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version being Beldaur P.S. Case No.154 of 2018. No offence under Section 307 is made out. Only one injured namely Attaullah got grievous injury near his eyes. Other injured got simple injuries but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 03.09.2018.

No.73647 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for three months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Simmi Kujoor, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.153 of 2018.
