Petitioner seeks bail in Harsidhi P.S. Case No.330 of 2018 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, S.I. of Harsidhi P.S., on information raided a place from where eight persons were apprehended. From possession of Prakash Sah and Alok Tiwary, arms and ammunition were recovered but nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner, Sachin Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. One Harsidhi P.S. Case No.329 of 2018 was also registered just before registration of the present case. Petitioner is in jail since 29.08.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid and the allegations

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71893 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 made against the petitioner, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.330 of 2018.
