2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"(i) to issue a writ of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent No. 3 to 5 to execute the order dated 27.09.2024 passed in Case No. 136 of 2023-24 (Rajendra Singh V/s Mahendra Sao and others) passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Arwal in which the Respondent No. 5 i.e., Anchal Adhikari was
Patna High Court CWJC No.17747 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/3 directed for eviction of the opposite party from the disputed land appertaining to Khata No. 217, Plot No. 1365 Raiyati land area 49 decimals of village- Validad, Thana No. 118, Anchal Kaler of the applicant/petitioner in which the opposite party namely Mahendra Sao illegally occupied the land about 450 square Kari land which has been determine by the measurement in Appeal Case No. 5/2022-23 (Rajendra Singh V/s The Anchal Adhikari, Kaler), because the same has not been executed till the date.
(ii) and/or any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled, in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned State counsel has taken this Court to Annexure-6, the letter no.691 dated 05.07.2025 issued by the Circle Officer, Kaler to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Arwal to show that the order passed by him on 27.09.2024 stands complied and in the presence of the Revenue Officials, Anchal Ameen and the Mehandiya, S.H.O., the peaceful physical possession was handed over to the petitioner. It also shows that the locals have put in their signatures.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a wrong information has been given by the Circle Officer, Kaler.
5. The document shows that signatures of the locals have also been taken, the same is not part of the record. If the petitioner so feels that a wrong report has been submitted, he is free to take up the matter with the head of the district, namely, the Collector, Arwal.
6. However, this Court is satisfied, that the order of the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Arwal stands complied.
7. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate afresh, the writ petition stands disposed of.
