The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that one Bipin Kumar Kaushik gave the written report alleging inter alia that on 03.05.2019, the informant was going to Budhaul then four accused persons surrounded and looted one Samsung mobile and rupees three thousand.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is a student of BA-Part-I and his father was running a general shop in the Prasad Bigha. He further submits that the petitioner purchased the said mobile
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72991 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 from one Manoj Kumar. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2019 and petitioner has got clean antecedent.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada, in connection with Nawada P.S.Case No.552 of 2019 (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) B.Kr./- U T
