====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua P.S. Case 642 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that during vehicle checking petitioner along with co-accused Pramod Kumar was found sitting on Motorcycle. The police apprehended the petitioner with Motorcycle. On demand they could not produce any paper with regard to the Motorcycle in question.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 4.9.2018 having clean antecedent. He has been arrested by the police merely on suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.72067 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S.
