JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P. S. Case No. 610 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354B, 504, 379, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner is said to have abused the informant, on protest, she was thrashed on the ground by the petitioner and he called the other family members who came and assaulted the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner, rather of thrashing on the ground.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 also, who has opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70125 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P. S. Case No. 610 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
