Petitioners seek bail in Case No. C.I. 352/2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the car of the petitioners, 77.520 liters of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered and for that the petitioners are in jail since 17.09.2018. Petitioners have already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Purnea in connection with Case No. C.I. 352/2018.
