The petitioner seeks bail in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 436 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police raided the petitioner and from his possession, 40 liters of country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered for that, the petitioner is in jail since 14.09.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 2 1⁄2 months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Excise Case No.8474 of 2018 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S.
