The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.8390 of 2018 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No.613 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 36 bottles each containing 375 ml. liquor and 5 bottles of beer are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months for recovery of 18 liters Indian made foreign liquor.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge,
