The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners having assaulted the informant and other members of the prosecution party resulting infliction of certain injuries to them.

The present case being the counter case inasmuch as the case filed by the petitioners has been registered first in time. It is further submitted that the injuries, if any, on the person of the members of the prosecution party are simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
