Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mokar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is the father of deceased has alleged that he had solemnized marriage of his daughter with the brother of the petitioner. Since, the day of marriage all the FIR named accused persons started demanding dowry and due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry they killed her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is a brother-in-law of the deceased and he is living separately
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68733 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 and has no concern with the family of the deceased and his brother. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.08.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Mokar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016.
