This application has been filed for setting aside the Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018 filed by the informant with concealment the material fact with malafide intention to put undue pressure to the petitioner who is taking legal step against the informant and her husband.

It is submitted that the parties have settled their

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1603 of 2019(3) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 disputes. They had signed M.O.U. In that view of the matter, the petitioner will approach the Motihari police who after examining the informant will file a final form in view of the compromise between the parties.

If the petitioner approaches the police authorities, the police authorities must conclude the investigation within a month and file a report under section 173 Cr.P.C., if the compromise is accepted by the parties.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
