2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Initially, three persons i.e., Prabhu Chaudhary, Nand Kishore Sahani and the petitioner had taken the deceased and subsequently, the dead body was recovered. The uncle of the deceased has named this petitioner only and therefore, the other two co-accused have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2025.

5. Considering the materials available on record, I am
