The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.236 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, on the pretext of an old enmity, petitioners and other co-accused persons abused the informant and also threatened to kill him. When the informant protested, the co-accused persons fired four rounds of bullet upon him. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. No such

The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The specific allegation is attributed against the co-accused persons, namely, Mantu Kumar and Rahul Kumar. Petitioners have two criminal antecedents. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the criminal history of the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on their behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
