Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14609 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner is of giving farsa blow on the head of the mother of the informant due to which she succumbed to the injuries.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than one year and now the case has not been committed to the court of sessions and there is no repetition fof blow.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above,I am not inclined to grant bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73958 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner however, since the petitioner is in custody for more than one year, the learned court blow is directed to expedite the commitment of the case and commit the case to the court of session, within a a period of one month and if once committed, expedite the trial of the petitioner. . With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
