The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kodhobari P.S.Case No.05 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

Petitioner is not the in-laws of the deceased and it is alleged that the husband of the deceased has love affair with the petitioner and due to that she was killed.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and she is in custody since 4.10.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73868 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kishanganj in connection with Kodhobari P.S.Case nO.05 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
