2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of S.A. No. 184 of 2005 which stood dismissed for non prosecution on 30.03.2017.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs no. 7 to 9 and considering that the OP has not made any objection, the MJC No. 3285 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Mr. Ajay Nandan Sahay, learned counsel appearing for OP 1st Set and receipt has to be submitted in the office by next Wednesday i.e. 14.08.2024.
