Admitted position between counsels is that in view of Division Bench Judgment in MJC No. 243 of 2018, petitioner's claim on basis of his service after 26.02.2016 is barred. However, it is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that certain similar matters are pending before the apex court and if any relief is granted, then petitioner would approach the authority. In view of such submission, with liberty as prayed for, writ petition is dismissed.
