2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 74, 109, 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The allegation in the first information report is that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against seven accused persons of having assaulted the informant, namely Nilam Devi and the specific allegation of assault upon her has been attributed to co-accused, Vikash Kumar, Umesh Kumar and Vijay Kumar. So far as the present petitioner is concerned,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77253 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 only allegation against him that he has pushed thirteen year old granddaughter of the informant on the ground, however it has not been alleged that any injury was caused to her.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the grant of anticipatory bail on the basis of allegations made in the first information report.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that there is no specific allegation of assault upon the petitioner with regard to the informant, let the above named petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 149 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
