Mr.Satyendra Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having conspired and killed the deceased victim lady on account of non-fulfillment of demand for dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased victim lady and has got no complicity in the matter since he has been living

It is further submitted that if any one has complicity in the matter, it is the son of the petitioner who is already in custody. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 30.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the fact that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased victim lady, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-5, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019.
