2. The prayer of the petitioner is for release of vehicle bearing Registration No. BR21K2991 (Tata Magic) on the ground that the petitioner has been acquitted in Ariyari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015.

3. The learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer of release of vehicle as the petitioner has been acquitted. The petitioner who is admittedly the owner of the vehicle (bearing Registration No. BR21K2991, Tata Magic) is the mother of the registered owner who has died.

4. In these circumstances, this application is allowed.

5. The Court below is directed to release the vehicle bearing Registration No. BR21K2991 (Tata Magic) in favour of the petitioner without insisting for any bond. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
