The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence, the allegation that the son of the informant was killed by the accused persons and the son-in-law of the informant also sustained incised wound and the name of the petitioners transpired during investigation and their custodial interrogation may be warranted,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77149 of 2019(3) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
