In the present case, the petitioner is questioning the decision of the Original Medical Test as well as the Review Medical Test conducted by the Medical Board of the Directorate General, CRPF (Recruitment Branch), New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been declared unfit by second in command Medical Board-I and his claim for review was though accepted but the review medical examination report also declared him unfit on account of defective distance vision in both eyes. On the basis of some certificates of R.P. Centre (Eye

Patna High Court CWJC No.775 of 2023(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 Centre) AIIMS, Delhi and other institutions such as IGIMS, the petitioner has questioned the decision of the Medical Board of the CRPF.

In the opinion of this Court, there is no scope of interference with the medical examination report of the Medical Board of the CRPF.

This Court in its extraordinary writ jurisdiction will not endeavour to go into such issues. These are in the domain of the experts and this Court would not sit in appeal over their decision.

This writ application is, thus, dismissed.
