2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, informant along with his mother was present at his shop. At that time, two persons came and parked their motorcycle near the shop of the informant due to which there was hindrance in approach to the informant's shop. When the informant asked to remove the motorcycle from there, accused persons started abusing and threatened for consequences. Again at about 7:00 P.M. both the accused persons along with unknown persons came at the informant's shop by the same motorcycle and one of them with intention to kill the informant

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. The First Information Report (FIR) was lodged against unknown miscreants. The name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement of Sachin Kumar. Acutually, Sachin has fired upon the informant but no injury has been caused to anyone. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 30.07.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail stating that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learnedChief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
