The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Behara P.S. Case No.371 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner has kidnapped the victim girl.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. it appears that it is a case of elopement.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
