JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing lock-down on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.10.2019 passed by the respondent no. 4 by which the petitioner has been transferred from Basaithi Branch, District-Araria to Begusarai Branch.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22266 of 2019(3) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 petitioner has already joined the branch in question where he has been transferred by the aforesaid impugned order dated 19.10.2019. However, the petitioner is not being paid salary, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 1 i.e. General Manager, Zonal Office, Patna.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the General Manager, Zonal Office, Bank of Baroda, within a period of six weeks from today, whereupon the said General Manager shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.

It is needless to state that in case any outstanding salary of the petitioner is due for payment, the same shall be paid forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
