2. The present application has been filed:
for review of the order dated 22.10.2014 passed in CWJC No.20882 of 2013 as several relevant facts and the orders, issued by the department in same and similar matter was required to be considered before passing the said order and the reliefs, seek by the writ petitioner in Para 1 of the writ application and prayer portion is required to be granted to the petitioner.
3. The Writ Court having taken note of the fact that

No.356 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 the husband of the petitioner died prior to 03.01.2006, dismissed the writ petition after recording that the decision arrived at by the Director, Secondary Education in its order dated 05.05.2010 (Annexure-1) stating that the husband, Pramod Kumar Singh having died on 21.06.2005, the case cannot be considered, need no interference.
4. This Court has no reason to review the said order which has rightly taken note of the order passed by the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna while dismissing the writ petition.
5. However, since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
