The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No.800 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 506, 504, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the husband of the informant by means of Garasa, Katta, Hasuli, knife and iron rod causing injuries to them. When the informant went to save her husband, she was also assaulted by the accused persons. The accused persons snatched earring made of gold from the informant and they have also taken away Rs.80,000/- cash from the fox. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that co-accused, Pintu Singh and Sadhu Sharan Singh have been enlarged on regular bail by the learned court below itself. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawadah in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S.
