The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No.186 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they called the deceased and thereafter the nephew of the petitioner fired on him causing his death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the FIR and nothing specific has been attributed against him. He is in custody since 23.8.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74750 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Mungr in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.Case no.186 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
