Mr. Sri Atul Chandra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S.Case No. 190 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol with 09 cartridges and further it appears that petitioner is accused in nine other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months and in all other cases, he is on bail.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months. If the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73920 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 same is not concluded within stipulated period, petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
