JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-IX-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, East Champaran. As per FIR 22 and odd litres of liquor has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner and he is accused in two other cases of similar nature.
