JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2023 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45312 of 2022 to the extent of extension of time for furnishing bail bond and correction in address of the petitioner in the cause title. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the main petition, address of the petitioner in the cause title was written incorrect in the main petition as well as in the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45312 of 2022 is incorrect. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for making necessary correction in the order. In view of reasons assigned in the modification petition, cause title with respect to the petitioner in the main petition and in the aforesaid order be read as "Ramesh Kumar
