====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 30.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46841 of 2025 for further extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned District Court.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that it is not deliberate on the part of the petitioners in surrendering within time prescribed by this Court, however, for any inconvenience caused to the Court, the petitioners have been advised to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- in the account of the Advocates' Association.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 18.12.2025.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of. The other part of the order dated 30.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46841 of 2025 shall remain intact. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
