The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 31.08.2019.
