2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent/s to regularize the services of petitioners with all
Patna High Court CWJC No.17664 of 2023(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/3 consequential benefit, in light of the fact that several persons have already been regularized in the year 2004 and also being regularized presently but leaving aside the case of petitioners without any reasons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have regularly been working for more than 12 years but till date they have not been regularized by the respondent authorities and in this connection these petitioners have already filed several representations before the concerned authority i. e,. Annexure - 9 series to the writ petition but till date no action has been taken .

In view of the grievance raised on behalf of this petitioners, the present writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievances by filing fresh representation before the Vice- Chancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 4), along with all the necessary documents and details in support of their claim within a period of four weeks from today .
5 . In the event the petitioners files their representation within the stipulated period, the Vice- Chancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 4) shall consider the claim of the petitioners and dispose of the same , in
