The petitioner seeks bail in Rajeev Nagar P.S. case No. 293 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The informant raided the garage of Bhuneshwar Singh and recovered huge quantity of different brands of IMFL. About 181 liter of liquor was recovered from the garage and vehicle bearing registration No. BR01TC-0480.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not arrested on the spot. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Raushan Kumar who disclosed that petitioner is also indulged in dealing with illicit liquor along with him. Raushan Kumar has already been granted bail vide order dated 02.05.2018 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75341 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Misc. No. 25429 of 2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. case No. 293 of 2017 .
