2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 05.10.2023 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sherghati in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.425 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
