Earlier the petitioner has filed application for grant of anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 29107 of 2022, but the same has been dismissed as withdrawn.

Again petitioner has filed the instant case for grant of anticipatory bail, but no fresh ground has been made out for reconsideration of the application for bail.

Considering the fact that no fresh ground has been made out for reconsideration of bail, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
