Petitioner seeks bail in Excise (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.315 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(ka) 56(gha) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 200 litres liquor has been recovered from TATA SUMO vehicle. Petitioner is said to be running away from the place of occurrence.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74717 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Excise (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.315 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
