2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of informant namely Ashok Yadav by means of butt of pistol as a result of which, he sustained multiple injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that the present case is counter blast of Madhepur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 in which, petitioner was assaulted by injured Ashok Yadav and Sarvan Mandal. Informant is not an eye

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that petitioner is named in the First Information Report with specific allegation that he assaulted the son of informant by butt of pistol due to which, informant's son sustained multiple injuries. Hence, petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on bail.
6. Having considered the accusation and the gravity of offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
